Take your shoes and socks off and stand on grass! Yes...it's called grounding or earthing. Grounding is a technique that is believed to electrically reconnect you to earth.
Reconnect with an old friend or a family member you haven't spoken too recently. We rise by lifting others!
Take a shower or bath. Self care is so important. The cleansing of water is symbolic to washing away negativity which can make you feel lighter, happier and more relaxed.
Take a break from social media. Most of what we see on social media is a figment of reality. We only see what others want to show us. When we compare our situation to others, it may cause anxiety and depression.
Meditate. Probably one of the most important and loving thing we can do for ourselves. Taking a time out to truly listen to our higher selves is a gift.
